As Executive Chairman of Al Wazan Group, Chairman and Managing Director of AlNser Holding, and Deputy Chairman of Jana Group, H.E. Mohamed has transformed the organization from a traditional family business into a modern, professionally managed business group with global partnerships. Under his leadership, AlNser has expanded into new sectors, forged strategic international partnerships, and significantly enhanced its operational capabilities.
Government Leadership
As Director of key UAE government departments (2011–2024)—including Investment, Trade Promotion, WTO & Trade Negotiations, and the Minister of Economy's Executive Office—Mohamed worked closely with seven UAE ministers, leading implementation of the UAE's trade and investment agenda. His efforts supported landmark initiatives including the UAE Investment Law, Golden Visa program, and Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements (CEPA).
Global Investment Leadership
As CEO of Investopia, Mohamed launched the UAE Projects of the 50 initiative, attracting over $2 trillion in assets under management and establishing it as a premier global investment destination. He previously held strategic roles at Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) and Aldar Properties PJSC, advancing corporate development and sustainability initiatives.
